Staff Portal Acceptable Use Policy

This page forms part of StanMed’s public website governance framework. It is intended to support clear, responsible and accountable use of StanMed digital channels.

The Staff Portal is restricted to authorised StanMed personnel. Staff must not share login credentials, Microsoft Authenticator approvals, passkeys, patient information, internal documents or system access. All access may be logged and monitored for security and compliance. StanMed staff access should be protected by Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Authenticator MFA or passwordless sign-in.
