Secure access for authorised StanMed staff to the StanMed Intranet, HealthNET for StanMed Hospitals, hospital HIMS environments, SOPs, HR resources, IT support, training and operational dashboards.
This portal is for StanMed employees, clinicians, authorised consultants and approved internal users only. External hospitals and clinics should use the HealthNET member access page.
Microsoft Entra ID + Authenticator Login
Staff should sign in using their StanMed corporate account, for example name@stanmed.global, protected by Microsoft Authenticator multi-factor authentication or passwordless approval.
- Identity provider: Microsoft Entra ID.
- Second factor: Microsoft Authenticator approval, passkey or approved MFA method.
- Access control: role, department, facility and employment status.
- Go-live note: this website button should be wired to the live Entra application redirect when the tenant and application registration are configured.
One Staff Doorway
Staff should come here first, then move securely into the StanMed Intranet, HealthNET for StanMed Hospitals or their authorised hospital HIMS.
Access principle: Riara staff see Riara systems. Group roles see group systems. External member facilities use HealthNET member login.
Where Staff Should Go After Login
The Staff Portal should route each user according to employment status, hospital, department and role. It is the internal StanMed access layer, not the external HealthNET member portal.
StanMed Intranet
Announcements, HR forms, policies, SOPs, clinical governance documents, training materials, internal memos and staff resources.
HealthNET for StanMed Hospitals
Internal StanMed hospital systems, including HIMS, LIMS, RIS/PACS, pharmacy, billing, theatre, wards, dashboards and operational workflows.
Access Hospital HIMS
Role-based launch points for authorised hospital systems such as StanMed Hospital Riara, Muthaiga, Kileleshwa, MidVaal and future StanMed facilities.
Staff Portal is internal and protected by Authenticator. HealthNET member login is external.
StanMed staff should use this Staff Portal. External hospitals, clinics and partner facilities should use the HealthNET page for member hospital login, member clinic login, onboarding and support.
External Facility Access
Hospitals and clinics that subscribe to HealthNET should not use the StanMed Staff Portal unless they are formally issued staff-level credentials.
