This page is for authorised hospitals, clinics and implementation teams using StanMed HealthNET services. Member access should be protected through Microsoft Entra External ID and Microsoft Authenticator. StanMed staff should use the Staff Portal instead.

System entry points, credentials, Microsoft Authenticator enrolment and support channels are provided directly to authorised member hospitals and clinics according to their executed agreements and implementation scope.

Authentication Standard

All HealthNET member logins should use Microsoft Authenticator.

External hospitals and clinics should authenticate through a separate member identity layer, not through the StanMed staff directory. Each authorised facility user should have an individual named account, Microsoft Authenticator enrolment, facility-level permissions and auditable access.

Member Access Rules

  • No shared hospital or clinic passwords.
  • Access restricted by facility, role and service scope.
  • Leavers and inactive users disabled by the facility administrator and StanMed ICT.
  • Clinical and operational access logged for governance review.
